Please read the following terms and conditions before placing your order at Marrie’s. Please be aware that all the photographs taken of your desserts prior to delivery/pickup will remain Marrie’s Custom Desserts property.

Order Confirmation:

Your order will only be confirmed once the payment has been received by the due date as per the invoice. All orders below $300 have to be paid in full at the time of your booking. For amounts larger than $300 a deposit will be required for booking confirmation and the balance of payment is due 7 days prior to delivery/pickup. please note that orders will not be completed unless paid in full.

Please ensure all the details in the invoice are correct and in case of any errors let us know asap as Marrie’s will not take responsibility for wrong name, delivery address, flavours, quantities, date or timing once booking confirmation has been sent.

Order cancellations:

A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders cancelled prior to 7 days of your event and for cancellations within 7 days of the event full amount will be withheld.

However if Marrie’s has to cancel an order for any particular reason or family situation, a full refund will be provided as well as assistance in finding a suitable decorator to complete your order.

Changes to an existing order:

Any changes to your existing order can only be made prior to 10 days of the event.

Order changes due to COVID:

Please note refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to covid but we are more than happy to reschedule at a later date that suit both parties.

Allergy Disclaimer:

Please be aware that all ingredients are processed in the same kitchen and there is a slight risk of presence of any allergen. (nuts, soy, wheat, coconut)

Care and Handling:

We are not responsible for any damages to the desserts after pickup or delivery. If you are unsure about the care/handling process for your desserts please ask at the time of collection/delivery or you can text/email us anytime.

Refund Policy:

At Marrie’s we do not offer any refunds once the desserts have been delivered or picked up. Please know that we strive ourselves to provide you with the best quality products that will exceed expectations.

Disclosure of information:

Marrie’s will not disclose any personal information such as your name, email, address or phone number to anyone unless the client has authorised to do so.

Last minute orders:

Depending on availability last minute orders can be taken on by Marrie’s. There will be no rush fee, however full payment has to be made within 24 hours for all last minute requests.

By proceeding with an order you are in agreement to our terms and conditions as stated above.
