Please read the following terms and conditions before placing your order at Marrie’s. Please be aware that all the photographs taken of your desserts prior to delivery/pickup will remain Marrie’s Custom Desserts property.
Order confirmation:
Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been received by the due date stated on the invoice.
- Orders under $300 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Orders over $300 require a deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to delivery/pickup.
- Orders will not be completed unless paid in full.
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received. Dates will be held for a maximum of 3 days from the initial enquiry. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the date will be released without further notice. If no correspondence is received for 3 days or more, the booking will be automatically void.
Please check your invoice carefully. Marrie’s does not accept responsibility for errors relating to names, delivery addresses, flavours, quantities, dates or times once booking confirmation has been sent.
Order cancellations:
- A 50% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled more than 7 days before the event.
- For cancellations within 7 days of the event, the full amount will be withheld.
If Marrie’s must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued and assistance will be provided to find a suitable decorator.
Changes to an existing order:
- Any changes to an existing order must be made at least 10 days prior to the event.
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations due to COVID; however, orders can be rescheduled to a mutually suitable date.
Allergy Disclaimer:
All products are made in the same kitchen where nuts, soy, wheat, coconut, and other allergens may be present. While every care is taken, traces of allergens may remain.
Care and Handling:
Marrie’s is not responsible for any damage to desserts once they have been picked up or delivered. If you are unsure about handling or storage, please ask at the time of collection/delivery or contact us by text/email.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are offered once desserts have been delivered or collected. Marrie’s is committed to providing the highest quality products that meet or exceed expectations.
Disclosure of information:
Marrie’s will not share your personal information (name, email, address, phone number) without your written consent.
Last minute orders:
Subject to availability, last-minute orders may be accepted. Full payment must be made within 24 hours for these bookings. No rush fee applies.
